Since I went on a diving (and some sneaky fly fishing off the back of the charter boat) charter in the Red Sea I have wondered about the fishing possibilities that the Red Sea has to offer. With vast expanses of desert, hard to access countries and territories and warm, tropical water. Adds up to great fishing. I just never got further than day dreaming.

Tourette Fly Fishing has become well known as a frontier pushing, exploratory fly fishing outfit. They got the Tanzanian Tigers wired and now have moved into the wastes of Sudanese desert to explore the Red Sea coast.

I’m stoked someone has let me know that my day dreams weren’t wrong.
