- Merchandise can be returned as long as it is unused and in mint condition.
- You must notify us within 21 days of dispatch of the item from our warehouse that you intend to return it.
- We will refund the price of the product minus a 10% handling fee, but not the courier costs.
- If you are returning the product because it is defective, you will be refunded in full and we will arrange for the item to be collected from you.
- The refund will occur once the item is back in our possession and its condition has been assessed.
- Magazines and books are non-refundable.
