Saving Sandfish is gaining momentum with this second great video compiled by onderbek lovers Otto Whitehead and Jeremy Shelton. The project recently received more funds from National Geographic and FOSAF that will keep it going until 2022. More funding will help the Freshwater Research Centre (a registered non-profit organisation) to create a long-term Biedouw River sandfish management program, which is much needed to save this species.
