I saw this fly on one of Jeff Curriers blog posts.  The name comes from the use of condoms for the body.  Pretty cool.

Hook: Size 8 Caddis pupa hook
Thread: Hot pink 6/0
Front and Rear Appendage: Hot pink ultra chenille with tips burned
Flashback: Red pearl tinsel
Ribbing: 8 lb Monofilament
Body: Section of trojan condom (colored with hot pink sharpie and twisted into rope and coated with SHAN when done)
